Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over € 3,500. We charge the following for delivery:

When we accept your online or telephone order we will send you an email confirming the details of your order, for orders placed in store a receipt will be given, until then there is no contract between you and us. For bespoke items please expect a 6-8 week’s timeframe for delivery.
Currently we offer 3 methods of delivery:
- Deanery Delivery – Large furniture items
All large furniture deliveries will be delivered by Deanery furniture. Deanery furniture will deliver your order to your home and then position it in the room you’ve chosen. If anything requires further assembly (our wardrobes, for example) then we will, of course, complete everything while we’re there. - Courier Delivery – Small furniture items
All small furniture items will be delivered by Courier. Customers will be notified of delivery date a couple of days before delivery. - Parcels
All small orders will be delivered within 3 working days of stock availability via Fastway. - Items can be collected in person from our showroom.

The delivery method for a product can be found on each individual product page. We deliver most items Monday to Friday. All large furniture deliveries will be completed by Deanery and you will be contacted before the expected delivery date (Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm).

Returns Made Easy
Purchased In Store
Unwanted accessories purchased in store can be returned or exchanged at our Showroom within 14 days as long as proof of purchase is presented with the item(s).
Unwanted furniture orders: all we ask is that you pay the costs of returning the order (or part of the order) which is an amount equal to that paid originally for delivery: .
(Bespoke/customised furniture orders are not covered by the 14 day cooling off period as they are custom made to customers’ specific size and style).
Purchased Online
If you are not completely satisfied with your Deanery purchase or it is damaged in any way, you can return your items for a full refund. Customers are liable for the return delivery charges unless the item is damaged. Simply return your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. If you have any queries with your order, please call us on 00353 505 47066 quoting your order number. In the event that an item is damaged in transit please contact Deanery furniture on the same number.
Delivered by Courier
- Complete the Returns Note enclosed with the item(s).
- Ensure the item(s) are packaged securely, peel off the Return Address Label and affix securely to the outside of your parcel.
- No furniture can be returned through a Courier service, only parcels.
- Please obtain proof of postage / collection and retain the tracking number if sending through a parcel carrier.
- Please note failure to include the Returns Note with your item(s) may result in a delay in processing your refund.
- For items delivered damaged by courier it must be noted with courier when signing for item that said item is damaged.

- You will receive confirmation via email once your item(s) have been refunded. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to show in your account.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
